When the wig didn't work for me, I received a full refund.Loved it, but, for the price it was too shiny! I wore it to church and some people were fooled thinking I had the best hair due they had seen. It's a little shorter than picture. Wigs that I paid a lot less for, were of the same quality, I thought. But to be fair everyone at church loved it.
